She works as a school counsellor during the week and in private practice with children, adolescents and adults in Leichhardt, NSW. She is also available for on-line telehealth sessions. Jemima is passionate about empowerment, connectedness and optimising wellbeing. She has also written a children's book which is due to be published in 2021 to help children better understand and manage anxiety.

This is a warm and relatable picture book for anyone who's felt sick by their worries (about dogs, or any worries) and needed help to do what matters most to them.

The Mind, Explained (a US based series by Vox Media 2019 & 2021) is a 2 part series of 5 short episodes (around 20 minutes) on a range of highly topical aspects of brain and mind functioning.

Episodes explore:
Memory, Dreams, Anxiety, Mindfulness, Psychodelics, Attention, Teenage Brain development (featuring young people talking about brain development and social perceptions of teenagers), Personality, Creativity and how people form conspiracy theories.

Mental Health Access Update
The Australian Government announced today that:
😊 Permanent access to telehealth, both video and telephone.
😊The additional 10 Better Access sessions will remain available until December 2022. This means clients will continue to be able to access up to 20 Medicare rebated Better Access sessions.
