Help needed! Last week Chris Hayes and I dropped a new What's the Schemata Eposode focusing on the Abandonment/ Instability Schema - which was really well received. We got thinking.. we really haven't targeted individual schemas so much in the pod - This seemed to really resonate. So a question.. what other schemas would you guys enjoy a deep dive into? We have (weirdly) only covered 2 - Abandonment and emotional deprivation. Where should we go next?
