So much of modern life pushes us toward disconnection, yet what we need most is one another. In an individualised world, community is our anchor.

It offers a grounding reminder that we do not have to move through the world alone. It is in listening, sharing and showing up together that we find strength and a sense of home.

What a transformation!

We spent 5 days getting to know each other, learning about the meridians, fascia, anatomy and skeletal variations, sequencing and teaching, offering bodywork, and sharing beautiful experiences.

Our fortnightly Community Acupuncture Clinic has been taking a break over August while our Yin & Bodywork training has been on.
 
We’re back from September, offering the community an affordable way to access preventative healthcare. Every second Sunday at 11.30am for $35, the Community Clinic offers individualised treatments in a collective healing space. 
 
Acupuncture is subtle, yet powerful. Like many of life’s most transformative practices, it works best when visited consistently over time.

This class is a moving meditation, inviting us to still our mind by slowing our body.

We bring focus to the subtleties of each movement, with particular attention to alignment, safety, and learning the fundamentals of Yoga.

In these classes we have more time to break down the subtle aspects of Yoga, get in touch with the science and philosophy behind each movement and breath.

The subtle is powerful

Small shifts in energy, breath, or awareness can ripple outward, bringing the body and mind back into balance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a fine needle placed with precision can redirect the flow of qi and ease years of tension.

In Yoga Nidra, the simple act of resting with awareness can restore the nervous system more deeply than hours of sleep.

These practices remind us that transformation doesn’t always come from force or intensity, but from listening closely and honouring the body’s innate capacity to heal.

We don’t spoon-feed information. Instead, we create space for you to build an embodied relationship with your own practice.

Yin Yoga invites us to pause. To soften. To slow down enough to really feel. Through long-held postures and deep stillness, this gentle practice helps us release tension, nourish connective tissue, and find quiet beneath the noise.

Yin reminds us that rest is powerful, and that healing often happens in the spaces between.

This training offers a close-knit, supportive space for profound, transformative growth. Perfect for those wishing to learn more about the science of Yin Yoga and TCM, as well as teachers wishing to expand their offerings.

With a strong focus on fascia, functional anatomy, skeletal variation, and energetic presence, this training goes far beyond asana. You’ll learn to hold space through Yin, touch, and deep listening—with clarity, confidence, and care.

Yin is a gentle style of Yoga that helps us to find depth through softening. We settle into each pose and spend time here allowing the dense connective tissue to respond and remodel - fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints.

These classes are meditative, giving us space to turn inward and notice the physical sensations of your body. A regular Yin practice helps to increase circulation and improve flexibility, as well as surrender into deep relaxation.
