✨ A sadhana is a committed daily practice held over a set period of time. It’s not about striving or perfection, but about showing up consistently and allowing change to unfold naturally through repetition and care.
Our 40-Day Moon Sadhana is a Ta***ic Hatha practice you can join online or in a blend of online and in-studio classes. Working with the lunar qualities of the mind, the practice supports clearing old patterns, calming the nervous system and cultivating steady, spacious awareness. Over 40 days, you’ll follow a simple daily rhythm with guided practices and teachings released every 10 days.
This sadhana is an invitation to slow down, deepen your connection to body and breath, and experience the quiet power of commitment, often felt as greater emotional steadiness, clearer intuition, improved sleep and a sense of inner nourishment. It’s not a challenge or a cleanse, but a return to rhythm, receptivity and inner listening.
Open to all. You do not need to be a HUM student or already have a consistent practice to participate.
Content will be released on 19 January 2026, allowing us to move through the 40 days in shared rhythm, supported online and in class.
