An important read for both providers and participants. The number one priority should always be the care and safety of those you’re responsible for looking after. Safeguards are crucial and matter for everyone. All providers should have strong systems set up for reporting any incidents or situations.

Oak Tasmania admits to 474 compliance and reporting failures, as well as breaches that resulted in the hospitalisation of multiple NDIS clients.
