TRANSPERSONAL ART THERAPIST & COUNSELLOR
I'm qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist and Counsellor. I help people reclaim joy through creativity. I offer one-to-one online tranpsersonal art therapy and counselling sessions to adults.

This is a gentle, creative space for self-discovery and healing. Art therapy utilises a mix of art making and counselling to explore the deeper layers of your inner world—beyond words and surface stories. You don’t need any art experience, just a willingness to be curious.

Transpersonal art therapy supports you to reconnect with lost parts of yourself, make meaning from your experiences, and feel more grounded, whole, and aligned. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply craving something more, these sessions offer a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s calling you—at your own pace.

If you are curious about working together please get in touch to book a free 15 mins discovery call where we can see if we are good fit.

This prompt is particularly useful if you are feeling creatively blocked because it invites you to document what you see rather make something.

Upcoming workshop: Drawing Through Symbol & Observation

In collaboration with Hurstville Museum & Gallery, join me for Art in the Afternoon.

This workshop is Inspired by the sense of magical realism and quiet intensity in Petrina Hicks’ work in the current main gallery exhibition.

What will we do?
This beginner friendly workshop invites participants to slow down and work intuitively with symbol and visual metaphor.

Beginning with gentle observational sketching in the gallery, participants will notice recurring motifs such as animals, stillness, reflection, and proximity, using these as points of curiosity rather than fixed meanings. In the studio, participants will create a finished drawing using pencil and soft pastel, focusing on tonal values, layering, and drawing from reference, while being encouraged to develop a personal and imaginative response to the exhibition.

These workshops are relaxed, social and creative. You'll learn foundational techniques, receive guidance and have lots of space to explore and practice techniques. What a great way to spend sunday afternoon!
