This week, we celebrated Men's Health Week at the Hub, emphasising health and well-being alongside our fantastic members. Our activities were centred around physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Participants engaged in long walks, gym training, gardening, tent-building, and preparing delicious meals, while also strengthening their friendships at the Hub.

Throughout the week, the boys participated in discussions following life skills presentations focused on mental health and well-being. These sessions aimed to raise awareness and foster open conversations about these essential topics also strengthening the support networks they have built with staff and other hub members.
