Understanding Trauma, Shame, and Spiritual Awakening...
The emotional scars of abuse and abandonment are not always visible, but they run deep, shaping our self-worth and how we navigate relationships.

Sexual trauma, in particular, often carries with it a heavy cloak of shame. This silent force can seep into every aspect of our being—our thoughts, our bodies, our identities. It doesn’t discriminate; people of all genders, ages, and cultures are affected.

The shame of having been violated can twist our sense of self-worth, leading us to believe we are unworthy of love or respect. Whether the trauma stems from childhood abuse, an assault, or ongoing exploitation, the effects are pervasive. Understanding that shame is a natural but distorted response to trauma is essential for healing.

Have you ever wondered if there's a universal library that holds the blueprint of your soul—your past, present, and infinite possibilities for the future? The Akashic Records, often described as an energetic archive of every thought, experience, and emotion, might just be that cosmic vault. ✨

Diving into the Akashic Records isn't about fortune-telling or predestined paths; it's a journey of self-discovery and growth. On a deeper level, I believe it's not about going to some elevated plane, it's about bringing that energy down and embodying more of our soul so we can fulfil what it is that we came here to do. If we are all fractals of the One, wanting to experience its Self through the senses, then my will is firmly rooted in the "I am here now". I chose to experience being human in the 3rd Dimension and return my unique record of my experiences back into the Akashic realms to contribute and expand the awareness and knowledge in order to fulfil the intention of the One Source, which is to Know Thyself.
