I help people heal from chronic illnesses, particularly autoimmune disorders through emotional, bodywork and spiritual practices. Over the past 10 years, I was diagnosed with four different autoimmune conditions and experienced their challenges firsthand. Today, I’m healed—or what modern medicine calls ‘in remission.’

My healing journey involved a combination of emotional and bodywork. Before Christmas, I took time off—my body needed rest. What seemed like misfortune became wisdom when I slowed down. 🦉
I reconnected with loved ones, including my mentor , explored new spiritual paths, released old relationships that no longer served me, and rekindled and make new meaningful ones. ❤️❤️ Unlearning, relearning, deeper healing unfolded.

This time of brought clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. I now return refreshed, recharged, and full of joy. 🥰
I’m back in my clinic, ready to serve and support your journey—online or in person.

🎥Yesterday afternoon, this video unexpectedly appeared on my feed. It was a simple yet powerful moment—a girl in panic, helped by her dad.

Watching it stirred something deep within me. It reminded me of . 💭❤️
I put my phone down, brushed off the thought, and went back to my coffee.

Later in the afternoon, as I was reviewing my to-do list, the date on my calendar caught my eye: 24th November!
My heart skipped a beat. It was the 11th anniversary of my dad’s return to Source. ✨

In that moment, I knew the video was no coincidence. It was a , arriving at —a whisper from him, reminding me of his love and presence. 🌟

It brought back memories of the countless times I ran to him for help during difficult moments in my younger days:

💛 He held me when I was terrified of dentists and needles.
💛 He sat at the foot of my bed when fevers left me weak and helpless.
💛 He stood by me at principal's meetings when I got busted for skipping class.
💛 He bailed me out when I crashed Mum’s car
💛 He was there, steady and unwavering, through heartbreaks, mistakes, and growing pains.

😢 But what touched me most was how proud he always was of me—no matter what.
🎉 He celebrated my wins with so much joy, but he also stood by me when I stumbled, never making me feel less worthy of his love.

💔 He sacrificed so much for us, leaving medical school to raise our family.
I remember him saying he dreamed of one of his children becoming a doctor so he could help people through them.
That dream didn’t come true in the way he imagined, but it lives on in me.🌿💫

❤️ Now, in my own way, I’m fulfilling his wish by working with people to help them heal from chronic illnesses.
😇 I feel his spirit guiding me in my life purpose, as if he’s still cheering me on, proud as ever.

Yesterday, I spent a quiet moment with him in my backyard—the last place we spent time together. 💖 Sitting there, I felt his presence so strongly, as though he was right beside me, reminding me that he’s always near.

I know this video was no coincidence. My spiritual work has allowed me to become more in tune with divine messages, and this was one of them—a gentle reminder from him that he’s still with me. 🧘🏽

Thank you, Boss, for your love, your sacrifices, and your unwavering belief in me. I feel you in my heart and all around me. I love you, always ❤️❤️

We went bush! 🌳😁 What an unforgettable weekend!

I just got back from the stunning , where I spent the weekend with an incredible group from #𝗗𝗿𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮'𝘀 community.❤️ It was the perfect mix of fun and connection -
🙏🏼meditating, 🏕️ under the with breathtaking views, chilling by the fireplace 🔥, and jumping between the pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cold plunge 🥶 We had it all

The property was like a little slice of paradise with jacarandas in full bloom 💜, cute friendly alpacas, goats, and horses 🦙 who definitely stole the show.
Every meal was a masterpiece 😋 (seriously, we ate like royalty), thanks to Tracey & Tony .

We packed the weekend with all the good vibes: 🍷 wine & olive tasting, 💃🏼 dancing our hearts out, and sharing inspiring stories💖 that we’re and .

💜 Even though I'm blessed and grateful to live along Sydney’s most beautiful coastline, 🏖️ stepping away from the familiar always brings its own kind of magic. Being in a space with like-minded souls creates an energy that uplifts and energises my spirit. ⚡

I’ve returned with renewed inspiration 💡 and a full heart ❤️ , ready to pour this high energy into creating, connecting, and spreading love and giving back to those around me.

🤣 “Wait a minute, are you talking about me?” It sometimes feels like I’m running into past versions of myself—clients sharing stories I’ve already lived through or, honestly, am still figuring out .

? Not at all! My great teacher wisely says, “We teach what we still need to learn.”
So here I am, a therapist on the eternal self-improvement treadmill, growing right alongside my clients. 💡❤️

A year of near-immobilisation from flare-ups, alongside relationship challenges and living alone while my son studied overseas, brought me face-to-face with both and .

My great teacher Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “𝘖𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳.”

Because of the work I do, instead of feeling self-pity, I found hidden wisdom within these challenges.
I took a year off work to pause, to turn my love inward ❤️, to heal the wounded parts of me, and to honour this journey in all its lessons.

💩 $h!ts are gonna happen. They’re part of life. The goal of therapy and inner work isn’t to remove challenges (cause you can't!), but to teach us how to rise above them and come back as a renewed version of ourselves—wiser and closer to the Divine within us.

Now . Woohoo!! Back in my element. Not as the same woman I was before—with more lessons learned, more wisdom gained, and a heart more open. Ready to explore and shine to the world once again. ❤️

From the pain of losing my marriage, my business and being diagnosed with multiple auto-immune chronic conditions, I was awakened through my self-healing that birthed my metamorphosis.
