You have to try this family favourite 🥞
This has to be the most simple and nourishing pancake recipe that takes a whole 2 minutes to prep then cook while you are getting ready for the day.
With 6 eggs, it is higher in protein than your typical pancake recipe. Top it with Greek yogurt and chia berry jam for added goodness (and a little maple syrup because yum 😋). We eat these pancakes at least a few times a week in our house and they make the best (clean) snacks to take out on the go.
