We are looking for goal-driven personalities who are quick learners, smart enough to handle queries as well as push themselves the extra mile to create value for respected customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Planning & ensuring field resources activity promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring the documentation is properly done before activating any service
• Managing internal resources and allocating tasks as per guidelines and suggestions
• Providing training to clients/ internal stakeholders as per requirements
• Ensuring every single feedback is processed on time by the team within the SLA
• Ensuring that the team is maintaining office attire and norms during installation
• Providing solutions for operational problems received via call centres (if any)
• Handling daily operations

• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Students can also apply (If they can work full-time)
• From any reputed university with proficient communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Experience Requirements:
• Freshers are accepted
• Experience is preferred but not essential
Additional Requirements:
• Age at least 22 year
• Good understanding of business logic
• Must have a strong understanding of using software/emails/communication apps
• Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced.
• Sound mature judgment and decision-making ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We are looking for honest, dedicated and responsible individuals.
• Communication is the key. We have a diversified portfolio. Recruit needs to have a solid command over English (Both writing & Speaking)
• Confident & Smart individuals will be preferred

Job Location:
• Remote
Salary:
• Tk. 1,92,000-2,04,000 (Yearly Package+ incentive)
