It's easy to feel overwhelmed by habits that don't serve us. Maybe irregular sleep leaves you groggy, relying on caffeine and sugar to cope, or perhaps alcohol adds to the haze. A messy living space can mirror a cluttered mind, and it's tough to thrive when you're skipping meals or eating too much processed food. Couple that with not enough exercise, too much time online, not enough fresh air, and not enough water, and constantly watching the news, it's a recipe for feeling stuck.
