Some dread them.

That’s exactly why we run our holiday sessions differently.

Such an epic community event raising funds for youth and adult mental health — a cause so close to our hearts at Ability Fit.

Wardy and the team do an incredible job bringing everyone together for something bigger than all of us.🙏

Our Young Adults Program.

Small group.

Then took on a team workout together.🔥

For some of these guys, this is one of the places they genuinely feel comfortable walking into.

I started training Bonnie when she was 10. Over the years, I’ve trained all the kids in her family at different stages — and it’s been pretty special 💛

About a year ago, she naturally stepped into a peer support role with us, love having you on board 💪
