🔬 The Role of Sleep in Weight Loss
Did you know that lack of sleep can make it harder to lose weight? When we don’t get enough rest, our body’s hormones responsible for hunger and metabolism (like ghrelin and leptin) get out of balance. This can lead to increased cravings, especially for unhealthy foods. Prioritize quality sleep for better health and weight management.
👨⚕️ As a doctor, I always encourage my patients to aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Your body will thank you in the long run!
