Welcome to Solo-Play Month! No, this isn’t about being “raunchy” for the sake of it 🧐

This is about:
✅understanding your body
😍reducing stress
🫶improving sleep
💃increasing desire
💙and actually knowing what works for you (so you’re not lying there hoping for the best)

Because here’s the truth…If you don’t know how to access your own pleasure, you’ll either avoid sx or rely on someone else to guess it 🤯

And guessing is not a strategy that's going to work out for you!

Midlife arousal needs a good warm-up lap and that includes your SENSES particularly sight, sound and smell 💃🔥💙

If you want a quickie then be sure to go with:
✅️ 5–10 minutes of slow touch first
✅️ THEN go faster if the body wants it

Skipping the warm-up = body stays closed😢

This is where you want to start for maximum ple@sure:
Upper arms 💪
Shoulder blades 🫂
Sides of ribs 🥓
Back of neck 🙌

Use slow strokes and spend 2 minutes in each area. No pressure and no expected outcome 💙

You’re teaching your nervous system that touch is safe again 😍

For the first 5 minutes of touch (yes when physical touching starts):

❌ No breazts
❌ No gen¡tals
✅️ Only neutral zones (arms, back, neck, scalp, thighs)

This tells your partner's mind and body:
“I’m not here to take. I’m here to connect.”🔥

Your partner will feel safe to relax into the present, connection and sensation.

🍆 changes including ED isn't something that just happens to "old men"

You may notice changes to appearance, sensation or the need for specific stimulation to become 🪨

ED can happen at any age (yes even in your 20s). It can happen all the time, most of the time or occassionally. It can happen solo, with a partner or both 🤯

It may look like ⬇️
Not being able to stiffen at all
Not becoming as stiff as you normally do
Not being able to last a full session

If you want to know what actually might be going on, rather than just getting a GP to prescribe you a blue pill that may or may not work for you, then send me a DM and let's have a chat💙
