⚓️F O R T I T U D E - THE MOVEMENT🔥
Stability is power. And I have earned mine.
This photo was taken in the middle of a very challenging season.
Not after it passed.
Not once things felt easy.
But inside it.
This is what fortitude looks like.
Not hard. Not shut down. Not numb.
Fortitude is the ability to move through pressure, grief, uncertainty and intensity
while still choosing love, gratitude, presence and wholeness.
It's holding opposing energies at once
and staying internally steady.
That steadiness didn't come from forcing positivity or "pushing through." It came from training my mind and nervous system to stabilise under pressure.
And that's exactly what FORTITUDE is.
As we enter the Chinese New Year - the Year of the Horse - a year of movement, momentum, power and forward motion,
