😫 PAIN 😫

Pain is complex...

We experience it randomly at times. It is extremely useful in terms of keeping us alive, and yet it can prevent us from performing at our best when we really need it.

What causes it? Well whole books have been written on this issue. The complexities of it are far too vast for me to do it any justice, but hopefully this instagram post helps.

And ultimately if you are experiencing pain and unsure how to fix it, it is worth consulting with a physio or other healthcare professional who can help.

Why? Because ultimately pain is very limiting... in terms of performance, happiness, and life in general.

Don't accept pain as the norm, take action now!

If you are looking for a coach or physio who can help you resolve your pain, be sure to drop me a DM and I will see if I can help!

🦶 PLANTAR FASCIOPATHY 🦶

Plantar heel pain is a common problem for active and busy individuals.

If you are experiencing pain first thing in the morning or when standing up after rest, you may be dealing with plantar fasciopathy.

This is when the soft tissue over the heel area degenerates.

Treatment can be fairly straightforward if done quickly and correctly.

In most cases, simply taping, stretching, and resting the area will help resolve the issue!

Read on in the post above to find out more :)

If you are looking for a coach or physio who can help you achieve your health and fitness goals, DM me and I will be sure to see if I can help.
