How to Use Dry Brushing During Your Infrared Sauna Session

Before the Sauna
Brush dry skin using long strokes toward the heart (feet → legs → torso → arms).
Use gentle, even pressure to activate circulation and prep the skin for heat.

During the Sauna (Main Add-On)
In the first 5–10 minutes of your session, dry brush the body with firm but comfortable strokes.This enhances circulation, supports lymphatic flow, and helps the skin respond more effectively to infrared heat.

After the Sauna
Rinse or wipe away exfoliated skin.

Tip
Regularly combining dry brushing with infrared sauna supports circulation, detoxification, and overall skin health.
