Meet Madison - one of the big hearts behind WeFlex.

Based in Perth, Madison is one of our Health & Fitness Coordinators, which basically means she’s the person quietly making magic happen behind the scenes. She’s the one matching people with trainers who get them. The one celebrating every win. The one cheering for confidence just as much as movement 💪

Outside of WeFlex, she’s building a community for young women around self-worth and mindset… so supporting people to feel good from the inside out is very much her thing.

And that’s why we adore her.

Because at WeFlex, it’s never just about fitness. It’s about connection. Feeling seen. Feeling supported. It’s about having someone in your corner who genuinely wants you to thrive.

Flexible communication (verbal, non-verbal, written)

💪 For mobility needs:
Seated or assisted movements
Equipment modifications
Focus on what is possible, not what isn’t

🔊 For sensory sensitivities:
Low noise spaces and noise-cancelling options
Texture and light adjustments
Trainer awareness of overstimulation signs

The goal?
To create a training environment that feels calm, achievable and empowering - no matter who you are or how you move.
