Due to some health issues I am having to temporarily close my practice. I will post updates on reopening dates and look forward to returning in the next few months. I will miss working with all my wonderful clients and the opportunity to meet new ones during this time, but I will return in the near future.

It's that time of year again where we can all take a well deserved break from the hectic demands of life.

But for those who struggle over this period, particularly with mental health, I encourage you to reach out for support. We are open till 23rd Dec, and there are many support services open during the Christmas period. Feel free to PM to request these services if required.

We will reopen Thursday the 4th Jan and will be available for session bookings and new referrals.

It's OK to not be OK over the holiday season. If you are struggling, please reach out for support.

We are taking bookings up until our close date and for the new year so please don't hesitate to make contact.

There are many misconceptions about depression. It is more severe and debilitating than feeling sad and requires professional support.

Just like any other illness we can experience, depression is not the "fault" of the individual going through it. They are not simply "lazy."

It can be improved and managed well for most people.
