Functional Skills Group - Pizza Session! 🍕

Beyond cooking, this was a great opportunity for children to explore and try different foods in a safe, supportive environment, with guidance from our certified feeding therapists!🍴
From choosing toppings to tasting new flavours, we supported confidence with food alongside functional skills including following instructions, sequencing, and kitchen safety.

Today we recognise the vital role Occupational Therapists play in supporting children’s participation, development, and wellbeing.

At Willows Speech & OT, our paediatric OTs focus on building the foundational skills that allow children to engage meaningfully in their daily occupations.
We use holistic, family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming practice, that support children to:
✅ build independence
✅ improve confidence and self-esteem
✅ increase participation at home, school & in the community
✅ strengthen emotional and social wellbeing
