Someone asked today why we bother to acknowledge country at our gatherings.

At the start of gatherings, we pause to Acknowledge Country—not as a formality, but as a meaningful act of respect.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet, work, and live. This small act carries big meaning:
