Are you performing your seated row correctly to really target your upper back? 💪
Try these quick tips to refine your form:
1️⃣ Sit up tall and control movement – avoid using momentum from your hips. Stay upright and tall throughout the exercise.
2️⃣ Shoulder position – keep shoulders down and pull them back as you row.
3️⃣ Engage your core – support your back and maintain good posture from start to finish.
Focus on slow, controlled reps and you’ll feel the difference in your back!
