Boost your bone health at home with these 3 easy moves! 🦴✨

1️⃣ Heel Impact Drops – Stand tall, rise onto your toes, then drop your heels firmly to the floor.
2️⃣ Seated Marching – Sit upright and march your legs up and down, keeping your core engaged.
3️⃣ Stomp and Squat – Stomp each foot, then perform a bodyweight squat. Repeat for a set!

💪 For best results:
Aim for 3–5 sessions per week (10–15 mins), and include heavy resistance training 2–3x per week with balance work to reduce your falls risk.
