Can they tell ? Is it OK to be different? Masking -yep I've done it myself ,thinking "just pretend to be normal " .
Masking the act of voluntarily concealing ones true self behind a metaphorical mask .
But should we mask ? Everyone is unique , don't we have the right to be different ?
What are your experiences and beliefs with masking ?

Is Hyperfocus Focus ? Usually when I focus it's a 'hyperfocus 'or it's fighting distraction .
One of two extremes .
But sometimes I've experienced a different type of focus where I have felt peaceful . Researching it ,I found out it's got a name ,Flow .
Has anybody else experienced ,Flow ? What's the difference between Flow and Hyperfocus for you ?
After Hyperfocus I feel drained and often the Hyperfocus , not me is in control but that peaceful focus feels good .How do you tap into it ?
