Happy Sunday everyone!!

It's been a wonderful weekend of receiving music and dance and Gyan Jon Parry and I are off to see Zakir Hussain tonight at the opera house with some friends ! Aviva Pinkus, Garry Luke, Stuart Vandegraaff, Sarit Vdg, DanaLee Mynard, Caro Jones to name a few!

In between it all we have also been busy putting together a wonderful program with some more details about our October 3 day Kirtan and Nada yoga retreat! It will be bringing together all of our passions of music, mantra, kirtan, heartsongs, sound healing, yoga nidra, movement meditation and dance... as well as wonderful people and nurturing nature...all in one weekend!

Hi everyone again! Happy Saturday!
Just wanted to let you know that we have just decided to Live Stream tonight's KIRTAN and sound healing from 7pm...in case you would like to join from afar!

Please simply go to the Sound Samadhi page and you'll see it there. We have added the words for you to follow and also how to make a donation to the musicians if you feel to! Delighted that Stuart Vandegraaff will be joining Geeti & Gyan, Garry Luke and Jiva Berry.

Happy Friday everyone!

Happy Monday everyone!

Hope you had a good weekend.
We have finally caught up on some rest after our big night of Mahashivaratri on Friday but still riding the sweet waves of peace and bliss!
We are now preparing and looking forward to more Kirtan this Thursday night the 14th March, at our home in Narraweena!
It's always a Heartful and intimate gathering... so please join us if you feel the call!
It starts at 7pm and goes until 8.30pm with Gyans homemade chai on offer afterwards.... non caffeine so you can still sleep!

We are excited to be heading down to Canberra again next weekend, Sun 3 march, to offer a Nāda yoga and kirtan workshop at the beautiful Flow Yoga Canberra studio!

We have extend the EARLY BIRD until this Sunday (25 Feb) so wanted to let people know in case they are keen to join us !

This will a wonderful opportunity to come together in a sanctuary of sound and community - bringing peace not only to ourselves but to each other and the greater world!

We will be sharing some of the practices that our dear teacher Sudhanshu Sharma has passed on to us that we have found to be so beneficial in our lives. We will be sharing a variety for kirtans in different styles and traditions but all with the intention to nourish and open the heart and bring peace to our soul. "Sound is the interconnectivle tissue of the universe" Chloe Goodchild!
I came across these words this morning as I was preparing for our online Nāda Yoga class and they really resonated! This is how I am experiencing the power of sound - in a way that can really help bring us personally, collectively and universally into a state of unity and oneness. When we are in these states it is natural that an inner wisdom and peace arise. Good for us and good for the world!
So grateful that each week Gyan Jon Parry and I and many others get to offer these spaces through the power of music, mantra and meditation.
This Saturday 24th Feb we will be playing with Sound Samadhi for our monthly Sound Samadhi Kirtan & Sound Healing! This month we will start a bit later at 7pm and be at a new venue in Balgowlah- TransformYogaPilatesAerial! We are delighted that Anneli Elliott will be joining us on violin together with regular members Geeti & Gyan, Garry Luke and Jiva Berry!

We will have chai and bliss balls and time to connect afterwards! So it's will be great to BOOK by Friday night 7pm so we know how much chai and bliss balls to prepare... and you get to save on the early bird price!

Tomorrow, Valentines day and the Indian Saraswati Puja festival coincide!!

Saraswati Ma resides over creativity, music, mantra, learning and higher wisdom and is a time when we can honour and bless our instruments and give thanks to our teachers!

Thank you Sudhanshu Sharma and Anandra George for all that you have devoted your lives to and shared with so many!

We will celebrating love and creativity tomorrow morning on LINE with some Nāda Yoga practices and a newly developed Saraswati Kirtan! Then on Thursday night we will offer our first in person house Kirtan closing with a sound healing and chai!! (Details in our latest newsletter link below or visit Geeti & Gyan)

Feeling so grateful for all the recent opportunities to share what Gyan Jon Parry and I love doing ! While we were down in Batemans Bay offering some kirtan and dance the other weekend, we recconected with Sahaj Dumpleton... and well his T-shirt kind of said it all!! Here are some other photos from our time at the dynamic Soul Tribe Studio with Clare Lovelace Rachel Nokes and a wonderful community there, including our dear friend Nadya Peshevska! Also passed through Woonona Shala on the way down, thanks Ali and Antony, and was so wonderful to play with Mignon Lee-Warden, and share the love with community there!

At times like these, it feels like this is one thing we can keep doing - is to keep coming together regardless of our backgrounds and sing and offer gratitude for the gift of this life and all that we do have!
