Today is a special anniversary, as 5 years ago today, Physiotherapy Playground officially opened its doors.
It's been a pleasure to get to work with so many amazing children and their families in the past 5 years and I thank everyone for being a part of our journey. Let's look forward to new and exciting things in the future!

Dancing is great for building strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, motor planning, coordination and social skills.
