Today is a special anniversary, as 5 years ago today, Physiotherapy Playground officially opened its doors.
It's been a pleasure to get to work with so many amazing children and their families in the past 5 years and I thank everyone for being a part of our journey. Let's look forward to new and exciting things in the future!

If you are looking at enrolling your child in a dance school in the Penrith area, consider Velocity Performing Arts. They have classes for children from as young as 18 months of age.
Dancing is great for building strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, motor planning, coordination and social skills.
