Creamy chicken and sun dried tomato pasta 🤤🍝

A tasty dinner idea ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients (serves 4)
Pasta of choice
2 chicken breasts
1tsp dried herbs
1tsp paprika
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
Salt/pepper
1 brown onion (diced)
1tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (drained) + 1tbsp of the oil to cook the chicken
1/2 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 handfuls baby spinach
Fresh herbs + extra Parmesan cheese to serve

Method:
1. Cook pasta as per directions. Place 1tbsp of oil from sun dried tomatoes in a pan and heat to medium. Add in chicken, spices, mix and cook.
2. Remove chicken from pan and add onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and sauté. Add in cream, chicken stock and mix then add the baby spinach and Parmesan cheese.
3. Once the baby spinach begins to wilt add in the chicken, cooked pasta and gently mix until all combined.
4. Serve in bowls with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
1 banana
30g chocolate protein powder
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
1tbsp cocoa powder
Ice
Almond milk/milk of choice - add enough to get to your desired consistency

Method:
Add everything into your GreenPan Spin & Go Portable Blender, and blend on the crush setting.
Enjoy!
To wash, simply add some water and detergent, and press clean!
