💜 Heartful Hangouts – First Saturday of Every Month

We’re kicking off something special at Heartful…
A space for connection, community, and just genuinely having a good time.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just good people, good vibes, and getting out of the house.

Our first hangout:
🗓 Saturday 2nd May
🕒 3:30pm – 6:30pm
📍 Zone Bowling Revesby

🎳 Bowling + hanging out
💬 Meet new people
👫 Bring your support worker / companion card

💲 $7.50 per game (or $15 for 2 games)

This is all about building confidence, friendships, and having fun in the community.

Community participation at its best!!

Respite weekend for Jayden and Zac at Central Coast Tree Tops.

First time for both of them… and safe to say, there were definitely some nerves (not just from them 😅 even the support workers felt it).

It wasn’t easy at the start — heights, new environment, pushing past that hesitation — but they gave it a go.

Step by step, platform by platform, you could see the confidence build.

By the end, what started as fear turned into laughs, encouragement, and a real sense of achievement.

Moments like this are what community participation is all about

Last weekend at Heartful 💜

We spent a few days on the Central Coast with two brothers for an NDIS respite weekend. Slowing things down for a much needed reset and focusing on everyday living skills.

A big part of the weekend was kitchen and cooking safety.
Planning meals, preparing food together, and building confidence step by step in a relaxed environment.

There were moments of learning, a few challenges, and also a lot of laughs along the way.

In between, we got out, enjoyed the fresh air, and took a break from the usual routine.

Heartful will have a stall at the Parramatta Community Disability Expo on Feb 26 — showcasing our Social Creative Enterprise and the amazing projects our clients are working on. 🎨

It’s all about connection, creativity, and growth — from building skills and confidence to exploring branding, selling, and sharing your art with the world. 🌈

So many fun and meaningful projects lined up… and this is just the beginning. ✨
