Post-session ritual ✨️

As you have seen in my previous post, I showed what was my pre-session ritual. Here is my post-session one.🌻

First, I release all the negative energy, sending it back to the light, where it belongs. Even though I am protected from these energies, it is important to do so, as I don't want them to pe*****te me once I lift my shield.
Then, I thank all my helpers, guardians, guides, angels and ancestors for the ongoing, loving and unconditional support they provide me in every healing I perform.
Finally, I can lift my protection shield, and go wash my hands, to purify myself. πŸ¦‹

Pre-Session ritual ✨️

First, I connect to the light and ground myself and set my ego aside. There is no judgement in the light, and having my ego involved could interfere with my practice.
Then ask for protection. As a healer, I welcome a lot of people that have experienced trauma, and I need to remain protected, so the darkness slides on me and doesn't pe*****te me. By doing so, I am more effective, it doesn't drain my energy and I don't hold onto anything.
Finally, I call upon my guardians, guides, angels and ancestors, to guide me in my practice and help the patient to heal. I thank them for their service and all they do.
