Winter sports, Get your body ready!
Winter sport has started for some but is about to begin for many more !
It’s a good time to book yourself in for a massage, to have an assessment of the body to see what areas are feeling tight, what muscles are activating correctly or not, and to make sure you prevent the risk of an early injury !
Looking after your body is crucial at this time as some are still to hit peak fitness and being the start of a sporting season your intensity could be high which could form the risk of an injury if the body hasn’t been maintained correctly!
You can book yourself in for a pre or post sports massage, could be a few days prior or even the day of, or even a few days after activity
Pre massage will help the body be prepared for activities where as post massage will help the body in recovery!
