5 ways to support your mental health WITHOUT meditating.
These are ways you can SLOW DOWN which in turn will help to CALM your nervous system 🤍
You don’t need to spend too long on these tasks, but try at least 20 minutes 🥰

⭐️ Have a bath
⭐️ Sit by your window, on your balcony or in your backyard with your favourite herbal tea, listening to the world around you
