What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, caused by irritation of the thick band of tissue (plantar fascia) that runs along the bottom of your foot.

How Do You Know If You Have It?

🌅 Morning Pain: Sharp pain in your heel when you take your first steps out of bed.
🚶 Pain with Walking: It often gets better as you move but can return after rest.
🦶 Tenderness: Pressing the arch of your foot may feel sore.
