We offer a range of disability services including community participation, personal care and domestic assistance to support clients to live independently, travel support and allied health care. As an approved and registered NDIS provider, Access Home Care and Travel Support are ready to provide support and services to eligible NDIS Participants.

We had an amazing afternoon at the local park in Croydon for our Access Home Care and Travel Sunday Get-Together BBQ! It was such a joy to see our clients and staff come together to share food, laughter and great company 💛

At Access Home Care and Travel, we can support you one-on-one or in a small group. We always ensure you feel comfortable and tailor community programs and activities based on your talent, interests and hobbies.

With the help from our support worker you can:

- Go shopping, watch a movie, attend a TAFE or Community College class and assist you during appointments.
- Explore your creative side through music, dance, drama or cooking programs.
- Try new activities and experiences such as arts and craft, technology or fitness activities.
- Make new friends through social activities, or in local clubs and community groups.
