This patient, in her twenties, wanted to see results for someone her age. After reviewing multiple photos, she decided to proceed with upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

At 1 week post-op, there was mild swelling and bruising, and the sutures were not ready for full removal, so only partial sutures were taken out.
She returned 1 week later for the remaining sutures, and was delighted with the healing, progress, and lifting result, saying she looked like she was in her twenties!
