I've been enjoying watching the ABC’s health documentary How to Live Younger, a three-part series that looks at three aspects of healthy living: Fitness, Mind and Food. Each episode explaining how the three are intrinsically linked. The series is well worth a watch for the latest science around the mind-body connection presented in an empowering and no-nonsense fashion.
