🎾 Wimbledon Treats – The 1:1 Way! 🍓

Who says you can’t join in the strawberries & cream fun while staying totally on plan?

Here are some ace ideas using 1:1 Diet strawberry products to help you feel like you’re courtside at Centre Court – without the sugar crash!

🍓 Strawberry Mousse Smash (Steps 1, 2, 3)
Mix your Strawberry Shake with Mix-a-Mousse and chill – top with a sliced fresh strawberry if you’re on Step 3. Creamy, fruity, and feels like a pudding treat.

🍓 Wimbledon Shake Float (Steps 1, 2, 3)
Blend your Cherry & Strawberry Smoothie with crushed ice and a splash of sparkling water for a refreshing summer fizz.

🍓 Frozen Strawberry Bites (Steps 2, 3)
Blend your Strawberry Shake, pour into silicone moulds or ice cube trays, and freeze. Little frozen pick-me-ups for a hot afternoon!

🍓 Strawberry Dream Yogurt (Steps 3+)
Mix half a Strawberry Shake sachet into a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt for a high-protein strawberry swirl. Add a few raspberries or blueberries for colour.

🍓 Mini Strawberry Sundae (Step 3)
