While I can’t share the beautiful results we achieved, experiences like this remind me just how much I love learning and refining my technique. I’m walking away with another valuable skill added to my toolbox and can’t wait to integrating it into my practice.

My acne story blog is finally live on our website.

Since clearing my skin, so many of you have asked me to share what I did to clear my skin, and honestly, my inner perfectionist is to blame for the delay.

I’ve tried to be as thorough as I can, so it’s a bit of a dense read — and there’s honestly so much more I’d love to add in the future 😂 I hope some of you find it helpful and actionable.

SPF is personal…

I’ve been reflecting on sunscreen conversations with clients this year, the most common reason people aren’t wearing SPF daily is simple: they don’t love how it feels. Too often it’s described as sticky, thick or leaving a white cast.

The good news is, sunscreens have come a long way. Modern formulations are now incredibly lightweight and cosmetically elegant.

In clinic, we currently stock 7 different sunscreens (with more coming in 2026!), which just goes to show how personal SPF really is. There is something out there you’ll love, and once you find the one, daily application becomes effortless.
