I’ve had days where my mind feels loud, heavy, and hard to sit with.

And then I get into the ocean and something shifts.

I smile more.
I breathe deeper.
I feel lighter.

That’s the feeling I wanted to create for other women so I built The Saltwater Circle.

A space where we utilise the ocean and the power of connection to feel better together. With a different wellbeing topic each week you’ll take home simple regulation tools and knowledge to enhance your wellbeing and self-awareness.

The Saltwater Circle is a space for women who:
- Feel overwhelmed or burnt out
- Constantly ‘on’ but not really present
- Crave connection with likeminded women but don’t know where to find it
- Need something real, not another “wellness trend”

For 2 hours, you step out of your normal life.

1 hour on the sand — to slow down, process, and reconnect
1 hour in the ocean — to let go, feel, and come back to yourself

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just real space, real connection, and the ocean doing what it does best.

Something I’ve been building for a long time is finally ready for launch 🥹💛

The Saltwater Circle is a 4-week surf and wellbeing program for women, running every Wednesday morning in May at Manly Beach, in collaboration with Manly Surf School.

Here’s how it works:

We start on the sand — slowing down, grounding, and reconnecting to yourself in a real and practical way (no bs).

Then we take it into the water — supported by experienced instructors as you surf, move, and experience the ocean in a completely different way.

This isn’t just surfing.
And it’s not therapy.

It’s a space to reset, reconnect, and feel through the ocean, community, and shared experience.

Because I’ve seen the benefits of what intentionally taking time out of your day/week to connect with yourself others and the ocean can do.

And now I’ve created a space for it.

Challenging our thoughts isn’t about forcing positivity, it’s about questioning stories that keep us stuck.

When we learn to reframe:
• our nervous system feels safer
• our emotions become more manageable
• our choices become more intentional
