Life is a journey, so it’s best to be equip with the right gear.

The physical, emotional and spiritual challenges we face day to day can bring us down, weaken us and make us tired as we go about our week.

Doing the right thing, making the right choices, and staying away from activities that are harmful for your mind and body for an extended period of time can bring about incredible change.

Gear yourself with positive vibes by doing the right thing consistently. The challenges you will face will become easy. You will love and respect yourself more because of it. Trust.

❓ What is a B.S B.S ❓

A Bull Sh^* Belief System.

This is a huge topic, but my general understanding is that we hold certain belief systems about ourselves that may limit us from creating positive change in our life.

We limit ourselves from growth by imposing incomplete or false representations of who we think we are into our existing belief systems.

In order to allow ourselves the opportunity for positive change or growth, we must change the language we use when we think, or talk about ourselves.

Just as a simple example, try replacing “I can’t do this” with “I have not practiced this enough”.

I’ve caught myself many times, even as I am speaking to others, limiting my own abilities just with the language I use.

Stay aware of the language you use, because by catching our B.S B.S, you might open yourself up to a world of opportunity to learn more about your possibilities and grow into a better version of yourself. 💡

💡 Making time for your hobbies

For many years I believed that I must make my hobbies my means of income or to make it my full-time job.

But, as time went by, I realized that it’s not the case… yet.

However, what I have come to appreciate is having a hobby that I enjoy.

So today, we played tourists in our own city. And I used that opportunity to pick up the camera and take some photos.

Filling up my time with activities I enjoy is a major key in unlocking simple happiness and fun.

Activities such as photography, drawing, writing, listening to music and dancing are simple things you can do to add some spice into your life.

💡 Realizing that the journey of health and wellness extends beyond “the session”.

💬 As I was driving today, I took a deep breath in and fixed my posture.

I recalled the gym session I had earlier and thanked myself for having signed up at the local Snap Fitness gym. ( )

This time around, I signed up at the gym knowing that it will take time to start to lift heavy. Rather, I saw it as a new opportunity to rebuild my body so I can have confidence in myself knowing that I am taking the steps necessary to ensure that I am respecting my body and my life.

Whether it’s a gym session working on chest and triceps or back and biceps, or a session with the psychologist, I have found that the real changes occur during the daily regular moments.

Driving your car, waiting in line at the grocer, interacting with others - every moment presents us with an opportunity to practice being our best self.
