Unfortunately, our staff - particularly our reception team - are experiencing an increase in rude, demanding and aggressive behaviour.
This is never OK.
Everyone has the right to a safe work environment, and we work hard to ensure you have a positive experience at CRMC.

Please be assured we are trying our best to accommodate the expectations and needs of the community whilst also protecting the physical and mental wellbeing of all our staff.

Patients may be asked to transfer their care to another practice if they, their family members, or carers display this type of behaviour.

We thank you in advance for treating our staff with respect and kindness.
