Screen time - thereâs an inverse relationship between screen time and health. When your screen time goes down, your health goes up.
Adjustments - Chiropractors and students, practice what you preach. I get adjusted every Friday, you should to.
Nutrition - you are what you eat. Get tested, donât guess. Get blood work done and make changes to your diet and supplement stack as required. Forget normal, shoot for optimal.
