My 4 keys to wellness 👇

Screen time - there’s an inverse relationship between screen time and health. When your screen time goes down, your health goes up.

Adjustments - Chiropractors and students, practice what you preach. I get adjusted every Friday, you should to.

Nutrition - you are what you eat. Get tested, don’t guess. Get blood work done and make changes to your diet and supplement stack as required. Forget normal, shoot for optimal.
DM me ‘BLOOD’ and I’ll send you what I get tested for.

Exercise - everyday, make it a must. ‘I’m so busy I don’t have time not to exercise’ has been the mindset I’ve adopted.

I share these in my patient workshops. Make health simple. Confusion never converts.

The lack of a sound philosophy is the biggest and most common problem I see in New Grad Chiropractors.

It’s easy to point the finger at your university but the reality is that winners will take accountability and ownership, losers will blame everyone but themselves.

Ok, so you’ve taken ownership, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s actually really challenging to develop.
Especially if you’re going solo without the right resources, mentors and systems in place.

To help guide you, it takes:
• Experience
• Perspective
• Time

Most just haven’t had enough of those yet.

The lack of a sound philosophy makes everything feel harder in practice.
You second guess.
You hesitate.
Your patients feel it.

If you want to accelerate, you need to be more intentional about WHAT you’re learning and WHO you’re learning from.

That’s exactly why I created the podcast.

Travel means long flights, different beds and likely a lot more steps than usual.

Those small changes place stress on the body.

Chiropractic care isn’t something I only recommend to patients but something we both actively prioritise in our own lives too.

If you take a holiday, your health doesn’t have to!

Doing nothing amplifies the risk of inaction and brings it forward in time.

Early in practice, we’re taught to respect risk.
Risk isn’t unique to intervention however.

what happens if nothing chnges?
Well, thats right, nothing chnages.

Chronic pain shrinks the brain. Long-term medication use has a list of side effects longer than anyone can recite.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Walking across the road.
Everything has risk, not just Chiropractic.

Being safe and effective in practice isn’t just about avoiding risk. It’s about properly weighing it up. That includes the risk of doing nothing.
