Camden Central Family Practice We are committed to providing you with exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly environment.

We are a private billing practice and consultation are by appointment only. We are a member of the Sydney Medical Services Co-operative Limited; they provide afterhours home visits to patients requiring medical attention (NOT routine care). Weeknights 6pm until 8am, Saturdays from 12pm and Sundays and Public Holidays are 24 hours. Please phone 1300 4663 47 should you require a GP after hours.

Our family practice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or (EN) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a family practice setting.
- Assist with routine check-ups, health assessments and chronic disease management.
- Administer medications, immunisations and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalised care plans.

Qualifications:
- Current RN or EN registration with APHRA
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in family practice or primary care settings is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
