💛🥑We’ve all had those moments—stress hits, emotions rise, and suddenly, food feels like the answer. But before you reach for something to soothe the moment, pause and ask yourself:
🔸 Am I truly hungry, or is this a habit?
🔸 What am I really craving—nourishment, rest, connection, or a break?
🔸How will I feel after eating this?
🔸 If I were already the healthiest, most energised version of myself, what would she do?
🔸 Will this food fuel my energy, my hormones, my skin, and my well-being? or will I feel crap afterwards?
🔸 What else could support me in this moment—movement, hydration, deep breaths, journaling?
✨ Mindset Shift: Instead of I need something to feel better, try I choose to nourish my body in a way that supports the person I want to become.
✨ Instead of I deserve a treat, try I deserve to feel my best, inside and out.
