I’M BACK IN CLINIC AT Synergy Compounding Pharmacy & Integrative Health Clinic!

The last 5 mths have been HUGE. So much change, so much learnt, so little sleep, so many tears but also SO much love 🥰

I will do a blog post about my birth & post-partum journey for anyone interested but for now, I just wanted to say hello (again) & let you know to expect a little more activity from me on here.

I am currently doing some training in metabolic health (weight, hormones, inflammation etc) so will share more soon! 🤓
