This smoothie is simple, nourishing and does more for your body than you might think. What you put into your body matters just as much as how you take care of it. I didn't have a recipe for this one - just a few things I had in the fridge. It's a great way to get some extra nutrients to nourish your muscles after an active session like a run or the gym - especially if you don't have a lot of time. Here's what's in it:
- chia seeds
- strawberries
- ginger
- raspberries
- spinach
- protein powder
- water
- ice
