Native plants are a great choice in gardens as they use less water than many non-native plants, establish quickly and attract native birds and insects into the area.

The plants have been cultivated by the dedicated horticultural staff, who are responsible for the beautifully landscaped gardens at Rookwood Catholic, Liverpool Cemetery and Kemps Creek cemeteries.

Lady Anne Funerals established in 2006, was founded on the belief that every individual is unique, and therefore so too should be their Celebration of Life.

At Lady Anne we have a respect for all faiths and cultures and pride ourselves on our continually evolving understanding of these individual practices and beliefs.

Thus in 2006, with this focus on families, and realizing the need for an all-female, all Australian, independently owned and operated Funeral Home within the wider Sydney Community, Karen Laing entered the industry and Lady Anne Funerals commenced its operations. A small bespoke independent funeral home with a firm focus on family, breaking away from the ever-increasing monopoly of the funeral industry.

Lady Anne Funerals is based in Gladesville where our single location can provide all the facilities and services essential for a funeral. Once in our care, families can be assured that their loved ones will be treated with respect and dignity.

Domestic and family violence causes significant physical, emotional, psychological and financial harm to those who experience it. Domestic and family violence can take many forms, occur in many kinds of relationships and involve many tactics, its impacts also vary.• On average, one woman per week is killed in Australia by a current or former partner. The statistics are staggering and heartbreaking. Thank you to The Northern Centre for organising today and all you do to support this worthy cause.
