I'm Danielle, a 45+ year old Registered Exercise Professional, Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Nutrition Coach, wife, mother, daughter and sister. I have a special interest in training women aged over 40 using evidence-based nutrition, resistance training and exercise protocols that reduces and reverses weight gain, addresses loss of muscle mass, bone loss and many other health issues caused
by the impact of hormone changes during perimenopause and menopause. Not long after I turned 40 I started experiencing multiple health challenges, joint pain, brain fog, exhaustion, weight gain around the belly and the list goes on, despite regularly jogging, doing HIIT classes, doing varied resistance training workouts and eating "clean". I couldn't get the answers from Doctors or trainers so I studied nutrition and exercise and womens health during perimenopause and menopause to find evidence-based answers to these challenges I was facing. After 40 my focus was no longer aesthetics but healthy aging. I'm on a mission to help improve the lives, health, fitness, future independence, mobility, and confidence of everyone.
