Nicola is qualified as a Somatic Psychotherapist with the Institute of Body Psychotherapy. She has trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Dr Russ Harris and is a qualified Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
Nicola’s career spans senior management human resources roles across the UK, New Zealand and Australia. In these roles, Nicola has always focused on building long-standing relationships and been committed to seeing people grow, develop and transform. She brings these gifts into her private practice.
Nicola has strong intuition, joyful personality and a compassionate heart to support clients to heal past traumas and gain more confidence, aliveness and excitement about life.
