Please never tell me you are just relaxing. Please never apologise for the gift of rest that your body requires. We live in a world of go go go and my medicine is always a walk with the trees. I’m all about different methods of healthcare. It’s my last day massaging the staff in Sydney hospitals and I am thinking about the ways I can contribute to healthcare as an individual.
I love massage 💆🏼‍♀️ and that smiles are based on connection to ourselves, to each other and to nature.

I’ve been asked to describe my services by a new client. Upon much thinking…. It’s simple. I will always be about the individual so I will ask you;
How much time you have in your day? How much money can you afford?
What is the nature of the pain you are feeling?
How stressed are you?
I don’t offer one size fits all. I don’t think I ever will…..
So, the answer will always be that my job as a practitioner is to meet you where you are at in you life, your day or your week.
