✨ Most people don’t think about their groin and how tight it is.

✨ The main function of the groin muscles (hip adductors) is to pull the thigh inward toward the body's center, but they also contribute to hip joint stability, balance, postural control, and can assist in hip flexion, extension, and rotation.

✨ These muscles stabilize the pelvis during activities like walking, running, and kicking, and can be prone to strains from forceful movements or overexertion.

✨ So you can see it’s really important to look after our groins. If you’re experiencing any back or leg pain, might be time to get a massage to help release the muscles.

✨ Most of the teens I know do multiple sports and train more than 5 times a week. On top of that they are growing. Which outs great strain on the body!

✨ Kids need massage too and I am passionate about creating the next generation of athletes who know how important it is to look after themselves.

✨ With School Holidays coming I am opening up 5 spaces for kids aged 14 - 19 to come for a massage for just $100. Usual price is $120.

✨ I have the following spots:
Tues 30/9 - 11.30am and 12.30pm
Wed 1/10 - 11am
Thur 9/10 - 9.30am and 10.30pm

✨ Frog pose can help with stretching the inner thighs and hips, as well as improving overall flexibility and range of motion — particularly around the hips, as those are major areas at play in the posture, it helps to take pressure off the lower back, especially good for people who sit at a desk all day!

✨ Why does your lower back always go?

✨ So many people I speak to have a sore presenting lower back. The hardest part about this is it’s usually never the cause of the pain it’s just where you pay attention.

✨ If you don’t have a strong core and don’t stretch out the front of your body and sit at a desk all day. Chances are your lower back is feeling the pressure of all of these things combined.

✨ Stretching may be boring and take up time you could be doing something more fun. However prevention is better than trying to cure it. Trust me.
