✨ I hope everyone had an incredible Christmas and New Year!!

✨ I hosted Christmas which I enjoyed. Then we just flew back in last night from a wonderfully, much needed Fiji holiday. It was soooo relaxing but OMG soooo humid. Can’t remember the last time I sweat just sitting doing nothing 🤣🤣

✨ YES. Most of them more than adults. Why? Because not only do active kids work harder than most adults and most of the kids I know train most days and then play and recess and lunch and none of them stretch….

✨ However the biggest reason is that they are on top of all this growing. So their bodies are under much more strain than adults as they are growing on top of all this training.
