NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY

*This lovely patient had been wanting to smooth out some of the bumps along the top of her nose for years.

But it only took a few minutes to completely correct the problem areas and she walked out so happy with the results, wishing she’s done it before. Now she looks amazing!

*A non-surgical rhinoplasty (liquid nose job) is a relatively painless procedure where a firm dermal filler is injected under the skin in order to fill hollows and voids.

*For this procedure, results can last 18 months or more, requiring top-ups every year or so.

LIP RATIOS

This lovely patient already had beautifully shaped lips but she wanted a bit more volume in the top lip to more match the bottom.
*
There is definitely a trend towards more of a 50:50 ratio rather than the classic 1/3 to 2/3.
*
In order to keep things looking natural, there are limits to how much you can change the shape and size, however well placed filler can help you get the look you want.

LESS IS MORE

This lovely patient requested something I think we all want when it comes to cosmetic injectable treatments - small tweaks in appropriate places to achieve jaw-dropping results.
*
You’ll agree that she is already naturally beautiful, however the patient wished to achieve a more oval shaped face.
Therefore I agreed that subtle re-shaping of her face towards oval would maximise her potential whilst maintain her natural looks.
*
Treatments included masseter muscle slimming with anti-wrinkle injections, chin augmentation, non-surgical rhinoplasty and upper face anti-wrinkle injections.
*
This was all performed in one session. Final results are expected after about four weeks.

LIPS STEP BY STEP

This lovely patient came to me having tried lip filler elsewhere many times before. However she felt that the effects always wore off after only a couple of weeks.
*
A reason for this could be that fillers dissolve at different rates in different people. I find that fillers placed in particularly mobile or expressive areas such as around the mouth and lips, tend to dissolve much more rapidly.
*
Other reasons that affect longevity are the original size of the lip, age of the patient, anatomy of the peri-oral area, (cupid’s bow, oral commissures, cutaneous lip size) and the amount of pre-existing collagen.
*
I do believe that the anatomy of the lip and peri-oral area plays a major role with lip augmentation. Patients may need more than one filler treatment to achieve the result they desire.
*
For this patient, two sessions were required to achieve a longer lasting, fuller and natural looking lip.

As one of the most photographed days of your life, I understand that on your wedding you want to look fabulous, but still feel like yourself. Makeup can help, but achieving a clearer, brighter, and flawless complexion will make all the difference.

Please don’t leave just a few weeks before the big wedding day to consider your cosmetic treatments! ;)

I would suggest booking a consultation with me 6 months in advance, so that together we can create your treatment plan, in order to achieve the best and most natural look for your wedding day.

6 -12 months out: PRP/ skin boosters/fat-dissolving - for skin health and ‘glow’. For best results 3-4 treatments one month apart are suggested.
*
4-8 weeks out: Dermal fillers. Depending on the area, these can last between 9-18 months, so plan these a month or so prior, to allow things to settle and tweak as required.
*
4-6 weeks out: Anti-Wrinkle treatment. If you haven’t had this treatment before, I would suggest a trial run about 4-6 months prior. Then 4-6 weeks before the wedding, we can tweak and refine the previous treatment to ensure we achieve the look you want on the day.

LIP HYDRATION

My patient came to me after a long 18 months of pregnancy and breastfeeding. She felt that pregnancy had changed her skin including causing dehydration of her lips.
*
Rather than a complete change of appearance, what she wanted was a subtle rehydration and plumping of her lips to feel more human again. This was achieved with 0.5ml of filler and she was over the moon with the results!
